Our award winning Thick Pork Sausages are made using a Recipie that goes back 3 generations. The pork we use comes from our farmer in Hamsterley Forest just 15 miles from the shop. This sausage is lean and yet full of flavour. Perfect for a breakfast, casserole or even just a sandwich.
