Our smoked streaky bacon uses pork from Hamsterley Forest; we smoke this ourselves so every piece has an impressive colouring – alongside the distinctive nutty, sweet flavour you expect. Streaky bacon has a higher amount of fat that helps bring out the meat’s juices and makes its tender taste even better.
