1-Remove from the packaging and place on a plate 15 minutes before you want to cook your steak.
2-Brush your steak with oil and season with salt and pepper. Pre heat your grill or pan before cooking.
3-Try and only turn your steak once
4-Let your steak rest for up to 3 minutes before eating.
